Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how nibgames (“nibgames”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit nibgames.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy.
1. Information we collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address or any other contact details in order to play.
Information stored on your device. The Site stores a small amount of information in your browser’s local storage so that the games work as expected. This includes game progress, scores, your cookie preferences and a randomly generated device identifier. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Usage information. With your consent, we collect information about how the Site is used, such as pages visited, games started and completed, scores, time spent playing, the buttons and links used, the referring website, device type, browser, operating system, screen size, language and approximate location (country and city).
Technical information. When you access the Site, our hosting and security provider automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your request. If an error occurs while you are using the Site, a technical report is generated containing the error details, the page address, and your browser, operating system, device type and time zone. These reports do not include cookies, contact details or your IP address.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
We use local storage, which is necessary for the Site to function, and analytics cookies, which are used only if you accept them. When you first visit the Site, you will be asked whether you accept analytics cookies. You may change your choice at any time using the “Cookie choices” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, analytics cookies are removed from your browser.
Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary cookie for security purposes.
3. Google Analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It uses cookies to distinguish visitors and may retain them for up to two years. We have disabled Google’s advertising features for our use of Google Analytics, and we do not combine this data with any other information.
For more information, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- operate the Site and save your game progress;
- understand how the Site and its games are used, and improve them;
- detect, diagnose and fix technical problems;
- protect the Site against abuse and security threats.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build profiles for advertising.
5. Legal basis for processing
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process usage information on the basis of your consent, and technical information on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
6. Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Site, namely website hosting and security, analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process information on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy policies and contractual obligations.
7. Data retention
Usage information is retained for 14 months. Technical reports and logs are retained only for as long as necessary to operate and secure the Site. Information stored on your device remains there until you clear it.
8. International data transfers
Our service providers may process information outside your country of residence, including in the United States and the European Union, subject to appropriate safeguards.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Because we do not operate user accounts, we generally hold no information that identifies you directly. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
10. Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
